Practice
SEO, run as one component of a growth operating system.
A discipline that reconciles what search brings in against what the CRM records.
The frame
SEO is measured against recorded revenue where the systems support it - not against a keyword-tool score.
Recommendations are connected to recorded commercial outcomes where the systems support it; otherwise, the evidence and the limitation are stated. Impressions, keyword count, and position-tracker scores are easy to move without moving anything a CFO cares about; the harder work is producing findings that will survive a hostile read against the CRM.
Brand queries are separated from non-brand queries before any comparison. On one recent review, 74% of unpaid search traffic to the site was people typing the venue's own name - which changed the comparison between branded organic traffic and nonbrand acquisition. That kind of read-through only happens when SEO is not measured on its own dashboard.

Three SEO scopes. One measurement standard.
Point-in-time
SEO audit
A paid diagnostic on an existing SEO operation. Findings ranked by evidence strength, expected impact, risk, and effort. The audit ends with a decision document.

Ongoing
Technical SEO
Ongoing technical SEO work - crawl, index, schema, core web vitals, site architecture - reviewed against the account records and CRM. Material findings are reviewed by a senior practitioner before they enter the report.

Emerging
AI search visibility
Visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, measured against a defined query set, model, state, and date. Not sold as a separate "GEO" discipline.

In practice
Leads associated with one practice-area page increased from 72 to 282 while recorded traffic increased 2.2%.
Traffic went from 2,458 to 2,512 visits over the 12 months after the page was rebuilt in October 2025. That is an observation, not a controlled experiment - search demand, brand recognition, tracking coverage, and other work all move in the background. What the account records support directly: the page continued generating leads without incremental media spend during the period measured.

An initial call establishes whether the records support the standard and whether PushFire is the appropriate firm to review them.
